作法:
雞胸肉灼熟, 待涼後撕成絲, 拌入低脂沙律醬成餡料。
甘筍及青瓜去皮切幼條。
麥包放平, 將適量餡料塗於包上大半位置, 放上甘筍及青瓜, 麥包的頂部需預留約半吋空位。
將包小心放於紫菜上, 由有餡料一方向前捲, 捲好切件即可享用。

Procedures:
1. Cook chicken breast meat in boiling water till done. Let cool and tear into shreds. Mix well with low fat dressing to make filling
2. Peel carrot and cucumber. Cut both into thin strips.
3. Place bread on flat surface. Spread suitable amount of filling on more than half of the bread. Top with carrot and cucumber strips. Leave about ½ inch space on top of wheat bread.
4. Gently place bread with filling on nori. Roll from the side.

Cara membuat
1. Masak daging ayam dalam air mendidih sampai matang. Biar dingin dan sobek. Campur rata dengan saus salad jadikan isi.
2. Kupas wortel dan timun. Iris tipis bentuk batang korek api.
3. Letakkan roti di permukaan datar. Oleskan isi secukupnya di sebagian besar muka roti. Letakkan irisan wortel dan timun di atas. Sediakan tempat kosong ½ inchi di bagian atas noti.
4. Letak roti berisi di atas potongan nori. Gulungkan mulai dari bagian berisi. Potong-potong gulungan roti. Siap.
