作法:

1.Peel, wash kudzu and cut into big pcs. Soak tangerine peel till soft, wash red pearl beans. |

2.Scale, Clean and dry dace. |

3.Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok, shallow fry till golden brown on both sides. Remove and place in muslin food bag. |

4.Bring 5000ml water to the boil, add all ingredients, bring back to the boil then simmer for 2-2½ hours. |

5.Add salt to taste before serving. |
